Promote and sell Oticon Medical products and services as appropriate. Support Marketing initiatives to ensure successful transactions.
Process orders, invoices, returns, repairs, and warranties for Oticon Medical products with a high level of accuracy.
Act as first-line technical support and stay informed about new products by reviewing updated literature and training materials.
Maintain accurate customer, patient, warranty, and pricing records.
Notify customers of all back orders, as needed.
Handle loss and damage claims efficiently and in a timely manner and manage returns to maintain inventory integrity.
Collect customer feedback and communicate to relevant field staff.
Provide accurate quotes to customers and patients upon request, in cooperation with and based on directions given by the National Sales Manager
Manage Partner Dispenser Contracts and invoices in close collaboration with National Sales Manager.
Manage billing issues in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Manager, and Finance team.
May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
