Bath Fitter is looking for a dependable and motivated Shop Hand to support our Wilmington branch with warehouse operations, inventory organization, service calls, and installation support. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, construction, carpentry, remodeling, delivery, or hands-on trade experience who wants to grow with a stable company.

What You’ll Do
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Receive shipments and assist with inventory management
- Prepare materials and supplies for installations
- Support installers on job sites as needed
- Complete service calls and basic repair work
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and products
- Help maintain branch vehicles and equipment schedules
- Use tools and equipment safely and properly
- Follow Bath Fitter installation and safety standards
- Deliver professional customer service during service visits
- Work closely with the Branch team to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates typically have experience in:
- Warehouse operations
- Construction or remodeling
- Carpentry or trim work
- Shop support or labor roles
- Delivery/helper positions
- Service technician assistance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of hands-on work experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physical role that includes:
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Regular lifting of materials up to 50 lbs
- Moving supplies, tools, glass doors, and installation materials
- Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
- Working safely with PPE and warehouse equipment
