Title: Project Coordinator I - AV Technologies Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively searching for a Project Coordinator in AV Technologies. This role will be responsible for administrating the project approach, structure, and SOPs through the establishment of project requirements and planning on behalf of the AV Technologies staff and in coordination with the Product Management, Lab Services, Medical Education, and Meetings & Events teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Request Intake & Management: Receive and scope initial requests for AV Technologies (video productions, event productions). Review, prioritize, and document requests. Gather and assess project requirements and scope. Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, including producer meetings and productions with the whole team. Coordinate updates and provide communication to the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with production teams to schedule equipment usage, personnel, and other resources. Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking action items. Production Oversight: Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedules and quality standards. Communicate with production teams to address any issues or delays. Ensure that all multi media assets are accurately labeled and documented. Post-Production Transition: Facilitate the handover of completed multi media assets to the post-production team. Ensure all files and documentation are accurate and complete. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and outcomes. Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders. Assist in the development of project documentation and presentations. Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AV technologies. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective time management skills. Exceptional organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-through. Outstanding listening skills with the ability to empathize and focus on client service. Demonstrate initiative in the resolution of problems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0-1 year of experience in project coordination or business administration.
