Position Overview

The Security Counselor is expected to ensure the safety and security of the agency’s, staff, visitors and property in accordance with established agency policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college education preferred. New York State Security Guard Training certificate. At least one-year experience in childcare, law enforcement or security work preferred. A genuine respect for and interest in the well being of children.
