Job Description
Position Overview:
This position is part of the Quality Improvement team that supports Residential programs to ensure there is a comprehensive incident review, tracking, and investigation process that will address all incidents occurring within Residential Programs. Reporting to the QI Supervisor/Support Services Manager, the Residential Incident Monitor shall carry out duties in a professional and supportive manner and shall have the ability to be flexible in how they carry out and manage their work assignments.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 5+ years in child welfare and/or residential services setting required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (basic applications) is required; experience in and/or a statistical background preferred.
