As a Security Officer Driver Credential Check in Edmond, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support smooth site operations. This driving post requires a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a caring, agile, and integrity-driven team focused on security-related responsibilities.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and team members by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and vendor check-in and/or check-out, and help to control access to authorized areas only.
• Respond to incidents, delivery issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document daily activity, visitor logs, trailer and/or vehicle movements, and unusual events with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
