As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Naples, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will monitor access points, verify visitors and/or vendors, and help support a welcoming, well-managed environment for residents. You will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. As part of a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and caring, you will bring integrity and teamwork to each shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for access, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location policies.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating unusual activity or security-related issues through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, and perimeter locations, as assigned by post instructions.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with residents and visitors, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
