As a Security Officer Unarmed Rover Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas in a busy transportation location, helping to support a secure environment for travelers and staff. In this unarmed patrol role, you will perform routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.11 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a transportation environment.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and activities according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry where required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related issues and/or operational needs.
• Support crowd management, queue observation, and directional assistance during peak travel periods, delays, and other high-traffic conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
