Job Description
The Position
We are recruiting Production Operators to join our existing manufacturing team, working on a 5-shift rota. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to our operational success.
The Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating production units to support business targets.
- Running and controlling the manufacturing process using state of the art control systems.
- Following established safety procedures.
- Monitoring the process at all times for deviations.
- Troubleshooting.
- Housekeeping to a high standard.
- Following organisational code of conduct for business and ethics.
- Engaging and participating in site-wide safety initiatives.
The Person
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a chemical or similar production environment and be used to operating to high standards of safety and quality.
The ideal candidate would be:
