Back to jobsProven experience in a similar transport role, ideally within a 3PL environment, with strong knowledge of route planning, driver hours, working time directive, and transport legislation (International CPC would be advantageous!)
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams while building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements, financial performance, and transport systems, with experience using vehicle management tools (e.g., Tacho-master, Microlise are a good to have!)
Resilient and proactive mindset, able to perform under pressure, handle challenging situations, and drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
