5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, field operations, or construction/manufacturing environments
Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance across multiple projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, procurement processes, and contract administration activities
Ability to perform effectively in both office and field environments, with significant travel requirements
Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to lead safe work practices in field operations
Ability to maintain required site access credentials, including medical or testing requirements as applicable
Supervisory or leadership experience in field operations or project execution
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or nuclear plant operations environments preferred
Familiarity with nuclear industry regulations or large-scale industrial project environments
Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
