About the Role & Team

IDC’s Office of the CEO is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the people-side change for IDC’s enterprise transformation program, a high-visibility initiative spanning AI and automation, process redesign, and new ways of working.

The Change Manager will work directly with workstream leads, subject matter experts, and program leadership to execute change strategies that deliver measurable results and build IDC’s internal change capability along the way.

This role is ideal for a hands-on change practitioner who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex transformation work. The right person will be just as comfortable facilitating stakeholder sessions as they are building communications plans, readiness tools, training support materials, adoption metrics, and executive-ready progress updates.
