Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the organization. This position reviews and analyzes financial data, creates financial reports and forecasts, and develops plans and strategies to improve profitability. - Serve as the primary finance partner to the Hefty Storage Consumer Sales and Marketing teams, providing financial insight and decision support on customer strategy, volume plans, pricing actions, and promotion design to drive profitable growth
- Lead pricing and bid analytics, including financial evaluation of customer offers, customer‑specific scenario modeling, and margin impact assessments, ensuring proposals align with cost structure, competitive dynamics, and profitability targets
- Manage gross‑to‑net analytics across the Consumer portfolio, including detailed tracking and analysis of list price, off‑invoice (OI), trade billbacks, accruals, and customer allowances, with clear linkage to reported financial results
- Monitor resin index movements and assess P&L impact, partnering with cross functional teams to support pricing actions, recovery mechanisms, and margin protection initiatives tied to commodity volatility
- Partner cross‑functionally to deliver clear customer performance analytics, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve revenue, gross margin, and trade effectiveness
- Support quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long‑range outlooks with customer‑level insights

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of related professional and progressive Finance experience in a Corporate environment.
- 2+ years’ experience supporting sales/marketing/manufacturing activities with solid experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with large, automated financial systems such as SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
- Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Exercise sound judgment with the ability to take calculated risks and make risk/return recommendations.
- Ability to be discreet with confidential information.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
Icing on the cake:
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
- CPA Certification a plus.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures used in the CPG industry a plus.
