POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of commercial facility services to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. This role leads and supervises maintenance staff, establishes and monitors performance metrics, and ensures compliance with contractual requirements, processes, and procedures. The Supervisor serves as a key point of contact for customers, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position supports workforce management, system oversight (including maintenance management systems), and acts on behalf of leadership as needed to maintain seamless operations.
PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION
$82,000 annually
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct, and monitor the performance of the operations and maintenance staff.
- Establish performance metrics; track, analyze, and report monthly on the performance of the organization.
- Ensure that the facility is operated and maintained in a cost-effective and safe manner.
- Ensure that the operation and maintenance of staff are following all processes and procedures.
- Find innovative and creative ways to reduce expenditures and increase revenue.
- Perform audits to ensure that the organization exceeds all contractual obligations.
- Manage the computerized maintenance management/service order system.
- Review all attendance and proxi-pen summary reports with the Senior Lead Engineer.
- Administer the customer service survey program.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the service rendered by the staff.
- Act on behalf of the Project Manager in his/her absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Staff the contract with certified and qualified employees that meet the contract
- Ability to work during inclement weather.
- You must be available to travel if needed.
- May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years of facility or building operations experience with three (3) years of supervisory and maintenance experience.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with commercial office facilities.
- Must be a team player.
- Possess superior customer service skills.
- Must have strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational skills, superior oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
