Job Description
The job holder supports the handling of customer enquiries or directs customers to the relevant parties. The job holder also reports any issues and feedback from customers to ensure the organization maintains a high service standard. They perform administrative duties such as the processing of documents and changes arising from customers' requests or enquiries. They communicate with other business units to ensure that service related issues are handled or escalated when required.
