What you will be doing
As a Communication Portfolio Lead, you will own and drive the communication service portfolio from strategy to execution. You will act as the key link between business needs and internal delivery teams, ensuring that priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining, prioritizing, and managing the portfolio roadmap across channels, platforms, and content
- Translating strategic goals into measurable objectives (OKRs) and ensuring delivery against them
- Leading execution across internal teams and external vendors, securing quality, timelines, and performance
- Ensuring stable and efficient operations of digital communication channels and platforms
- Driving data-informed decisions through analytics, reporting, and performance insights
- Managing governance, compliance (GDPR, accessibility, security), and operational standards
- Overseeing vendor performance, budgets, and cost control

- Experience with data-driven decision-making, governance, and performance tracking
- Solid communication and influencing skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach
Education & background:
- Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in project/program/portfolio management are a plus
