We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Data Analyst with deep expertise in data analytics, management, and visualization, and a proven track record in optimization.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Data Modeling, Microsoft Excel, and familiar with SQL.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating data streams to drive performance insights and support strategic planning across dynamic operational environments.
Position requires an active Secret clearance at the time of application and consideration.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Aggregate data from multiple sources
- Cleanse and normalize datasets to ensure consistency across platforms
- Maintain data pipelines for real-time or scheduled ingestion into centralized systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., fatigue, cognitive load, recovery rates) to identify trends
- Develop dashboards that visualize KPIs related to human performance
- Generate reports for leadership on individual and team performance trends
- Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in daily stand-ups or syncs to align on priorities and data requirements
- Support cross-functional initiatives that integrate performance data into broader readiness
- Recommend improvements to data architecture based on performance feedback
Minimum Qualifications
- Skilled in SQL, relational databases, and cloud-based data storage (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Capable of documenting repeatable data workflows and integration protocols
- Have extraordinary communication skills.
- Comfortable reading and understanding data transformation scripts written in Python written by teammates.
- Compile and analyze data definitions, usage, labeling standards.
- Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business.
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Continuously improve data analysis and reporting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings.
- Self-motivated initiator with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
- Remote-eligible position; must align with Eastern Time Zone core business hours, 0900-1500ET, where you are active, online, and available.

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. |

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. |
Preferred Requirements
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Experience with ADVANA with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
- Knowledge of FMS processes and systems
- Excellent experience with data modeling.
- Experience with ETL process
- Experience with any data visualization tools such as Tableau/Qlik
- Basic understanding of Databricks
- Experience with Python
Physical Requirements

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment to perform analytical tasks.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in virtual meetings, briefings, and secure collaboration environments.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret digital data for extended periods with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Occasional light lifting of documents or equipment up to 10 lbs, if needed for home-office setup.
- Must maintain a home work environment that meets company and government security requirements (e.g., controlled space for handling sensitive or FOUO information, if applicable).
