Job Description

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and SaaS solution management.
  • Skill in general project administration, including performing schedule baseline updates and maintaining project integrity.
  • Skill in analytics and reporting, transforming project data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Skill in standing up and engaging with a Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Skill in Issue/Risk Management, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Skill in enterprise dependency and resource coordination across complex, matrixed environments.
  • Skill in business analysis, infrastructure readiness assessments, and technical sustainability reviews.
  • Skill in vendor-process management and interface/integration management.
  • Skill in using Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Sharepoint, Visio and Word.
  • Ability to track technical roadmap maturity and manage service level management performance targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple, overlapping, and complex enterprise-wide projects independently.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
