Busser

Famous Toastery is looking for team members that know how to work together to deliver exceptional customer service and make us Famous. A busser with us works with the service staff to ensure guests tables are properly cleaned and flipped.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Removes dirty dishes, glasses and utensils as needed
• Brings dishes to dishwashing station and sorts as needed
• Replenishes items at service stations 
• Assists the serving staff with table setting by retrieving items needed for the table i.e. silverware, napkins, syrup, butter
• Cleans table and resets place settings after guests leave
• Cleans in the restaurant as needed
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Answer questions guests may have while at the table

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to multi-task and follow directions
• Reliable

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
