Instructional Systems Design Manager

The Instructional Systems Design Manager will drive instructional design principles and methodologies to strategically design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions for government personnel. This position involves collaborating with internal project team members, government stakeholders; subcontractors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging, instructionally sound training programs that meet mission-specific and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience designing and developing training content for federal, state, or military audiences and 1 to 3 years in a team lead role.
