To entertain calls, requests for quotations, endorsements and policies and other inquiries from clients, insurance companies, BDO Central Mindanao IBG and other units.
To visit assigned BDO IBG Teams to discuss and implement sales strategies and satisfy client servicing requirements.
To perform insurance program presentation to client and product presentation during Branch Area meeting.
To negotiate with insurance companies the most appropriate terms and conditions to suit the needs of the clients.
To prepare the required documentation using the BDOI system such as quotation slip, proposal form, and placement slip.
To assist clients with Accounting or Claims concerns and to coordinate with respective units.
To ensure that policies and endorsements are issued and released to clients within prescribed turn around time (TAT) and that adjustment are properly coordinated with processing unit.
To assist on the monitoring and application of unapplied payments, booking of accounts, transmittal of SOAs and adjustments/cancellation of policies to BDO branches/units or clients.
To assist in monitoring and collection of unpaid accounts.
To prepare the required unit reports such as conversion and pipeline reports for submission to the Team Leader &/or Unit Head.
To assist in processing and monitoring of claim status from various insurance companies.
To cross-sell other insurance products to increase production.
To perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior or senior management from time to time
