Job Description

  • You will maintain a global overview of all active projects and portfolio status
  • You will develop and manage portfolio planning activities, including timelines, resources, dependencies, critical paths, and costs
  • You will coordinate cross-functional planning activities between multiple departments and stakeholders
  • You will assess and monitor operational capacity, ensuring visibility on resource availability and constraints
  • You will identify, analyse, and communicate risks, dependencies, and planning deviations
  • You will balance demand versus capacity to support realistic commitments and delivery timelines
  • You will support executive decision-making through reporting, analysis, and management presentations
  • You will facilitate planning workshops, governance meetings, and alignment sessions
  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, workflows, and planning standards
  • You will leverage tools such as MS Project, Jira, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support portfolio visibility and reporting
