Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Agent Fleet Back Office, you will play a critical role in supporting Goodyear Fleet Services operations by managing fleet contracts, maintaining master data, coordinating billing activities, and ensuring the smooth administration of fleet accounts. Working closely with Front Office teams, customers, vendors, and service providers, you will contribute to operational excellence, process improvements, and the delivery of high-quality service across the cluster.
What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end administration of fleet contracts, including customer and vendor setup, contract loading, pricing maintenance, vehicle uploads, fleet updates, and master data management within SAP and fleet management systems.
Coordinate and execute billing activities, perform pre-invoicing checks, investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve billing queries, and ensure timely invoicing and month-end closure.
Support customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders by handling operational requests related to pricing, invoicing, fleet updates, mileage administration, sales orders, and service job processing.
Monitor and maintain operational processes, including purchase orders, self-billing activities, intercompany transactions, service provider invoicing, and system-related workflows.
Perform quarterly regression testing, maintain FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) configurations and user administration, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate testing activities within the cluster.
Act as a subject matter expert for billing, pricing, and fleet administration processes, providing guidance to colleagues, supporting onboarding activities, and sharing best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying process enhancements, implementing solutions, coordinating complex operational activities, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a support, customer service, operations, or back-office environment, with at least 1 year of experience in a Fleet Back Office role.
Experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with fleet management or operational systems is considered an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and an additional language relevant to the supported cluster.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage complex data, billing processes, and operational activities.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and support customers, vendors, and service providers.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to operational excellence within a global environment.
