We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient Urology team in beautiful Wilmington. Position Highlights

  • 100% outpatient Urology practice
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Work closely with experienced Urologists and clinical support staff
  • Evaluate and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
  • Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions
  • Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in outpatient specialty care and patient-centered medicine
