We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient Urology team in beautiful Wilmington. Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient Urology practice
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Work closely with experienced Urologists and clinical support staff
- Evaluate and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
- Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions
- Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board certified or board eligible
- North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in outpatient specialty care and patient-centered medicine
