Overall Responsibility: The Patient Service Representative (PSR) acts as a central administrative liaison, bridging communication between patients and the dental office to support a seamless and positive patient experience. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include, but are not limited to: - Maintains professional & positive attitude when answering calls & patient/office interaction
- Actively listens to patient concerns or needs and forwards information to Office Manager, Regional Director, & Training & Development Manager, & Sr. PSR Answers, directs, and provides information and assistance to all callers
- Answers, directs, and responds to all emails from [email protected] & [email protected]
- Answers, directs, and responds to chat line for lanedds.com & ncoso.com
- Consistently monitors any voicemail messages for prompt response
- Contacts all potential new patients from all marketing events
- Contacts all promotional requests received online and schedules accordingly
- Keeps up to date with all promotions, new providers schedule and location
- Documents all interactions in appropriate system, updates call log and promotion log
- Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications: - High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
- Denticon and Dolphin experience is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to lift 15-20lbs
