The Manager, Demand Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end demand lifecycle for initiatives and change requests across the organisation. This role ensures that incoming demands are well-defined, prioritised, governed, and aligned to strategic objectives, capacity, and value realisation. The role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and disciplined decision-making before execution. This role emphasizes front-end demand shaping, intake governance, and portfolio optimisation rather than day-to-day project execution.
