Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Engineer with hands-on experience in Workfront and Workfront Fusion to support the design, configuration, and optimization of work management solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Workfront fundamentals, workflow automation, and integrations. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that streamline enterprise operations.

 

Responsibilities

As a key member of the technical team, your primary focus will be the execution and documentation of system architecture. Your responsibilities include:

  • System Configuration

Build and maintain Workfront objects, including custom forms, project templates, complex workflows, and approval processes.

  • Technical Execution

Execute assigned configurations strictly within approved design parameters to ensure system integrity.

  • Automation & Integration

Support workflow automation using Workfront Fusion and assist in integrating Workfront with other enterprise-level systems.

  • Quality Assurance

Support QA remediation, testing cycles, and ongoing system refinements to ensure high-performance outputs.

  • Risk Management

Proactively identify and flag technical risks or instances where configurations misalign with the established solution architecture.

  • Documentation

Meticulously document all configuration decisions and update technical records to maintain a "single source of truth" for the platform.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Adobe Workfront: Hands-on platform configuration experience .

  • Workfront Fusion: Experience with scenario building, logic mapping, and workflow automation.

  • Integrations: Solid understanding of APIs and automated workflow logic.

  • Troubleshooting: Proven ability to debug configurations and bridge integration gaps.

  • Documentation: High discipline in maintaining clean, clear technical documentation.

  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical risks to cross-functional teams.
