Fitting Room Lead - Full Time

The Fitting Room Lead is responsible for all aspects of customers’ needs while in the fitting room. This includes: being accessible for questions as it relates to product location, price, and use of merchandise and returning items to the salesfloor in an efficient and organized manner. This position also delivers customer service on the phone-answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate area. This is a full time position, scheduled at 40 hours per week. A typical schedule includes working 4 weekday shifts between the hours of 8am-5pm and leading the weekend fitting room team on half the Saturdays and Sundays each month (10am-5pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday shifts).
