Position Summary: The Field Health & Safety Coordinator – Construction supports safe field operations across Ontario by implementing and monitoring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WSIB, and company safety standards. This role provides on-site and remote support to field crews, ensuring that all safety programs are effectively executed and continuously improved. The coordinator works collaboratively with site supervisors and project managers to identify risks, deliver training, conduct inspections, and drive proactive safety performance. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to building a positive, prevention-focused safety culture. Travel is limited and typically local.
