Job Description
The Strategy & Operations Analyst partners with finance and operations leadership to improve performance across a network of treatment centers. This role analyzes operational, financial, and patient data to identify business drivers, uncover opportunities, and recommend strategies that improve growth, retention, efficiency, and patient experience. This is not a pure reporting role. The ideal candidate can synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights, identify root causes, and influence decision-making. Candidates should bring strong financial and business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and operational teams.
