Director of Sales | The Shenandoah Nature Resort | Star Tannery, VA

We're seeking a relationship-driven, and commercially minded Director | Sales to lead revenue growth at The Shenandoah Nature Resort. This role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that positions The Shenandoah as the premier nature-immersive luxury resort destination in the Mid-Atlantic, where the Shenandoah Valley's ancient landscape meets intentional, transformational hospitality.

This is a full-time, on-site, exempt position based in Star Tannery, Virginia, and reports to the Managing Director, with a dotted line to the SVP | Commercial Strategies. The salary range for this position is $150,000–$175,000.
