Job Description
The Sports Performance Coach Supervisor will manage day to day operations of their assigned Sports Performance staff with a mission to ensure athlete/client satisfaction regarding all areas of Sports Performance. In addition, the Sports Performance Supervisor will be responsible for the scheduling, project development, staff meetings, and staff development of assigned coaches while reporting issues relating to staff performance or significant athlete/client complaints to manager and/or director.
The Sports Performance Supervisor will maintain current book of business and provide oversite, education, and assistance to assigned Sports Performance coaches, as directed by the Manager of Sports Performance.
