Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement

Position Summary:   The Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement oversees the clinical care for a localized population of patients and provides direct management of the clinical members of that care team. Core functions are to enhance the performance of the entire team through facilitating the work of the various members in the areas of clinical performance and quality, patient satisfaction, compliance with Eventus clinical protocols, processes and procedures, and achievement of productivity expectations as measured by patients receiving needed services. 

Three areas of responsibility include: (1) Team Leadership/Supervision, (2) Care Team Clinical Integration, and (3) Clinical Services
