Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I

The Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I will ensure compliance with the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID), as well as other applicable state, federal and government regulations. The Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I will be responsible for ensuring that the initial disclosures, as well as valid Change of Circumstance documents, are prepared accurately and are provided to consumers within required timeframe. The Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I will also input and review data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies before disclosures are provided to consumers.
