Strong understanding of campaign governance and execution across digital marketing channels, with the ability to design platform promotions, paid acquisition and influencer strategies, and optimize media mix and ROAS based on data
Excellent analytical skills with strong affinity for data and the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Proven experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and external vendors and agencies; experience in regulated industries is an advantage
Project management skills including experience with digital solutions, plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern digital productivity tools including analytics, data visualization, and AI-enabled copilots
Consumer-oriented mindset, structured and proactive work style with strong ownership, and excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent in German and English, with the ability to build trusting relationships across cultures and functions
