The Director, Technical Project Management — Enterprise Programs & Market Activation leads the orchestration and activation of divisional, enterprise & global strategic initiatives. The role ensures coordinated program governance, market readiness, and measurable adoption outcomes are realised, while connecting product and value team priorities, technology delivery, and market activation activities.
This role translates highly strategic, complex intiatives which impact multiple teams into executable launch and operational plans, managing cross-enterprise dependencies, and ensuring markets are prepared to adopt and realize value from strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary technical delivery lead and for program, project, activation, and commercial stakeholders for prioritised projects and intiatives.
Develop and execute market-readiness and activation strategies including training, enablement, localized launch plans, and go-to-market coordination.
Establish and run program governance, steering committees, and decision forums with key stakeholders.
Maintain project roadmaps, dependency matrices, integration plans, milestone tracking, and go/no‑go criteria.
Translate technical integration risks and vendor dependencies into business-facing decisions and mitigation plans.
Coordinate deployment readiness: cutover/rollback planning, operational runbooks, and post-launch validation focused on market impacts.
Drive change management and adoption: communications, stakeholder engagement, training curricula, and measurement of adoption KPIs.
Work with Portfolio and Product teams to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, market readiness, and resource capacity.
Manage strategic partners and vendor deliverables across multiple markets; ensure SLAs and integration timelines are met.
Lead, mentor, and manage 1–2 project managers to embed consistent practices and drive predictability.
Report program status, risks, and value realization to senior leadership and adjust plans based on outcomes.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Project/Program Management, IT, Engineering, or similar)
Minimum 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management delivering global, cross-functional initiatives, including market activation or commercial launches.
Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders, running governance forums, and coordinating across markets and vendors.
Technical fluency (software delivery lifecycle, APIs/integration concepts, cloud concepts, release orchestration) sufficient to coordinate technical teams and surface integration risks.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or SFIA-aligned capability preferred

The salary range for this role is
$173,200.00 - $272,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
