$13.00 Hourly Rate
Job Summary:
The Lead Processor assists the Warehouse Manager or Store Manager with sorting textiles and discarding unusable items by monitoring the work flow of other sorters.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluates and separates usable pre-sorted textiles from donations and places in appropriate location or receptacle.
- Provides additional coverage in the pre-sorting area by separating items into categories as defined by the supervisor.
- Assists in tagging, pricing, and preparing store shipments.
- Sorts and prices wares as assigned.
- Keeps work area neat and organized.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to visually determine flaws in textiles to be sorted.
- Performs all other duties assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass pre-hire screenings such as background or drug screenings.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs, with or without assistance.
