This position reports to the Sr. Production Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing Operations, located in Pune and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Logistics & Material Handling: Manage loading and unloading materials and finished goods from transporter vehicles. Ensures timely and accurate material movement within the plant to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Quality & Process Compliance: Adheres to KANBAN, and 5S principles to maintain lean manufacturing and reduce Waste. Conducts visual checks and ensures packing integrity to prevent damage during transit. Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• EHS Compliance: Handles material movement and logistics with strict adherence to safety protocols. Proactively identifies and communicates potential risks to prevent unsafe practices.
• On-Time Delivery & Operational Efficiency: Plays a key role in meeting customer delivery commitments by ensuring smooth logistics and packing operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinates closely with supermarket, quality, and production teams to maintain operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

This role is a key enabler for operational excellence, timely shipments, and maintaining good manufacturing standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma with 5 yrs of experience in shop floor or ITI with min 8 yrs of experience
• Experience of Packing wooden and Corrugated Box
• Experience of handling and managing loading /unloading activities
• Experience for Assembly work
