Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for building and leading a scalable recruiting function that supports PowerGrid’s growth, and multi-entity structure. This is a new role that will establish recruiting strategies, standardize hiring processes, and improve speed, quality, and cost effectiveness of talent acquisition. The position will partner closely with leaders across both operations and corporate functions. This position is a strong opportunity for a high performing, high potential recruiter ready to not only source great talent, but step into broader leadership responsibility and help build a modern recruiting function from the ground up.
