Description:
The CIN Coordinator supports the Assistant Vice President of Population Health & Value-Based Operation, Director and Manager along with other team professionals working to manage the operations of the CIN. He or she must relate in a professional manner to co-workers, hospital administrators, physicians, Medicare Beneficiaries, physicians and others to represent the department and the health system and work closely with the physician relations team. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating projects to ensure the success of the goals of the CIN organization. Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Baptist Health South Florida. Estimated salary range for this position is $56791.50 - $73828.95 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial).
- Bachelors of science required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with solid writing abilities, strong public speaking and demonstrated people skills.
- Requires a high degree of self-initiation, organizational and time management skills and exceptional problem solving skills.
- Master of Business Administration-MBA or Masters degree in related field preferred.
- Ability to develop and effectively monitor and execute action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with and educate others clearly and concisely.
- Ability to be agile and adapt in a rapidly changing organizational environment, including maintaining a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization.
- Computer skills including, at a minimum MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to use Access preferred but not required.
- Have and maintain a valid driver‘s license.
