They are energetic, excited to grow in the hospitality industry and care about their team. Dishwashers are responsible for optimum cleanliness of the entire kitchen. This includes proper care of all dishware, cutlery, pots, and pans. The Dishwasher’s job extends past the dish room by upkeep of all food prep areas, coolers, storage areas, and restrooms.
