Physical Therapy Director

The Physical Therapy Director is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of all rehabilitation services in their assigned clinic(s) including but not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy/hand therapy, industrial services, and cash-based services. The Physical Therapy Director is responsible for the management of day to day operations of his/her designated clinic(s) including meeting established CAO and practice metrics, employee supervision, monitoring financial and statistical information, administration of the company’s policies and procedures and direct patient care.
