Kunes Auto Group is seeking a high-performing Backup Finance Manager to support dealership finance operations across the region – includes dealerships in Sterling IL, Lake Bluff IL and Sycamore IL.
This opportunity is designed for an experienced automotive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivers exceptional product performance, and is motivated by significant earning potential. Top performers in this role have the opportunity to earn $120,000–$150,000+ annually.
Position Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and protection products including service contracts, GAP coverage, and ancillary protection products
- Utilize a professional menu-selling process to maximize customer value and product penetration
- Achieve and exceed performance goals related to PVR and product sales
- Ensure all deals are processed accurately, compliantly, and funded in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners and dealership sales teams
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to all compliance standards and dealership policies
- Provide regional support as needed across multiple dealership locations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience
- Proven track record achieving results.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance compliance and lender relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
