Attention, please! The members of our Marketing and Communications Team have something to say—every day. No wonder, considering they’re in charge of media relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, with which they shape BCG’s image among clients, employees, alumni, and job applicants, as well as the media and general public. Bringing the Group’s global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed in the right channel at the right time and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.
As part of the Central Europe Marketing and Communications (CE M&C) team, you will drive professional, targeted communication with both external and internal stakeholders by developing and delivering high-quality marketing assets across channels.
With a strong analytical mindset, you will support campaign-specific audience segmentation, ensuring that content and messaging are relevant, tailored, and effective. You will also act as a key point of contact for colleagues across all seniority levels, advising and supporting them in planning and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
A core focus of your role will be creating, adapting, and optimizing marketing assets across a variety of channels, including email, web, and event-related communications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, compelling storytelling, and alignment with BCG’s overall communication strategy.
In this context, you will plan and execute digital content formats such as mailings, newsletters, and event communications, continuously improving performance through data-driven insights. In parallel, you will contribute to the quality and ongoing development of our contact database, working closely with Partners and Executive Assistants.
- Successfully completed university degree, ideally in business administration, marketing/communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in content management, marketing, or communication
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools, ideally Salesforce and Marketo
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Foleon, or similar
- Experience with GenAI platforms (especially ChatGPT and Claude)
- Initial professional experience working with complex database systems, ideally in marketing, market research, or data analytics
- Strong writing skills in both German and English, with the ability to craft engaging content for different topics, formats, and target audiences
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence in working with campaign data to evaluate performance and derive concrete optimization measures
- Strong interest in business topics and the German corporate landscape
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Structured, efficient, and independent working style
- High level of commitment, along with strong organizational and improvisation skills
- Enthusiasm for innovative projects and teamwork
- Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with your colleagues in Marketing and Communications in the Düsseldorf, Munich, Vienna, Zurich, Budapest, Prague, and Warsaw offices. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw upon the experience of the team.
