Medical Assistant - PCMA

Upperline Health is seeking a Medical Assistant, Primary Care who offers high quality, patient centered care in a value-based practice. In our patient-centered and outcome driven environment the Medical Assistant supports patients in office with duties in-office such as rooming patients, obtaining medical history and taking vital signs as well as ensuring care beyond the moment by coordinating care, supporting extended care team efforts and conducting proactive outreach to improve outcomes and patient experience. The MA also provides direct support to the Upperline Plus Primary Care Provider to ensure smooth clinical operations and effective team-based care.
