How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead the development, validation, and ongoing maintenance of ambulatory quality measures and products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear alignment of numerator, denominator, and exclusion logic across reporting
- Translate clinical and business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and patient-level reporting that support actionable insights and performance improvement
- Partner with cross-functional technical teams to move work forward in complex environments, helping define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity when working with large-scale data sources
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency, including advancing automation, reducing manual processes, and supporting more scalable ways of working
- Promote strong data practices and support the growth of technical capabilities across the team, while effectively managing competing priorities and adapting to evolving business needs
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Experience: 3+ years in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or a related field, with demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets, supporting data-driven decision-making, and delivering solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to build, validate, and troubleshoot complex data logic; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau; Working familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Python) and process improvement approaches, with the ability to apply them to support scalable solutions.
- Analytics & Delivery: Experience translating data into actionable insights, supporting data integrity and validation processes, and working within structured measurement or performance frameworks, while effectively navigating ambiguity and prioritizing high-impact work.
- Technical Leadership & Team Development: The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while prioritizing effectively. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a focus on strengthening team technical capabilities through knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
