Senior Manager, Testing

The Senior Manager, Testing is accountable for establishing, leading, optimising, and maturing the centralised technology testing function across Retirement Solutions (RS). This role ensures that testing practices, quality governance, and nonfunctional assurance are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. This role is responsible that technology change, is rigorously tested, risk aligned, stable, and meets required quality and compliance standards.
