Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations

This position will be responsible overseeing a team of Latitudes Consultants and Sales Support Associates (Gifting, Child Care, Tour Reception and Sales Administration).  The Manager acts as a liaison between the ancillary sales support teams and assists in resolving guest and owner related challenges.  These actions include but are not limited to receiving incoming telephone calls and emails, assisting with walk-in guests, assisting Sales Consultants/Sales Managers and providing daily anti-rescission efforts.
