Join our dedicated team as a Program Manager where you will lead the cross-functional implementation and ongoing administration of the Overtime & Contractor Usage Compliance Initiative. This role provides program governance, ensures data-driven decision making, oversees reporting accuracy, and partners with Gas leadership to operationalize the processes required. This position will manage program deliverables, develop communication and training strategies, lead stakeholder alignment, and oversee dashboards, reporting cycles, contractor headcount validation, and overtime compliance tracking. The role requires collaboration across Labor Relations, Work & Resource Planning, Crew Scheduling, Analytics, Construction Management, HR and local operational leadership.
