Rosewood, an award-winning HumanGood life plan community in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Full-time Admissions Counselor. Under general supervision of the Health Services Administrator, the Admissions Counselor directs the admissions program of the Health Center and is responsible for generating business from referrals sources to meet the community’s revenue and census goals. This is a combined role managing internal admission flow and external marketing. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction. The Admissions Counselor ensures that every prospective resident moves through a smooth and well-coordinated admission process. Full-Time $25-$30/Hour
